Key Changes for 2025
Beginning with the 2025 football season, the required Red Raider Club levels for our season-long game day lots and parking permit fees will increase. This is the first adjustment to parking lot requirements and permit fees since 2017.

Parking Eligibility Requirements
Season-long game day parking is based on availability, meeting the 2025 required Red Raider Club level for each pass, and paying the required permit fee (which is separate from membership).

If you are not currently at the qualifying level for a particular lot, an additional RRC Excellence Fund contribution may be needed to maintain your space. Please see below in the RRC Member Information section for whether or not you owe an additional contribution.

All permit fees must be paid or placed on a bill plan through the Athletic Ticket Office by the season ticket renewal deadline of February 28. Any additional Red Raider Club Excellence Fund contributions must be paid, or on a bill plan scheduled for completion, by August 1st.

Donations to the Red Raider Club Excellence Fund are fully tax-deductible, count toward your membership level, and earn priority points.

Q: Why the increase?

A: This is the first time since 2017 that Texas Tech Athletics has increased RRC parking lot minimum levels. As season ticket prices have increased, so have seat contributions while parking minimums have not.

In addition, the department is seeking new revenue ahead of the most transformational time in intercollegiate athletics history. From the impact of conference realignment, changes to the college football playoff system, and revenue sharing with student-athletes, the financial realities facing athletics departments have never been more daunting.

Moving forward Texas Tech Athletics anticipates hosting seven home football games per year instead of historical six home games.

Q: What are the new lot requirements and permit fees?

A: See the map at the link above or below.

Q: Will I qualify for the parking I have always had or will I now pay more?

A: You have the first opportunity to renew your current parking, and the cost associated has changed. This will vary by account, and you can find your personalized information above. The RRC is also available to answer any questions you may have.

Q:  Can I downgrade my parking to a different lot if I do not want to reach the required level?

A: Contact the Red Raider Club or Athletic Ticket Office for more information.

Q: Does the parking permit fee counts towards my RRC membership?

A: Permit fees do not count towards Red Raider Club membership, similar to permit fees in other sports.

Q: What happens if I can’t meet the new requirements? Will I lose my parking?

A: You must meet the qualifying membership level of the lot and pay the permit fee(s), otherwise you will not receive your parking.

We can also look for alternative parking in other lots with a different permit fee and RRC Level.

Q: Can I set up a payment plan for my parking?

A: Yes, you can set up a bill plan for both the RRC Excellence Fund contribution and permit fee Contact the RRC with any questions on how to set up. It will run from now until August.

All permit fees must be paid or placed on a bill plan through the Athletic Ticket Office by the season ticket renewal deadline of February 28. Any additional Red Raider Club Excellence Fund contributions must be paid, or on a bill plan scheduled for completion, by August 1st.
